Autism Support Dogs boost feelings of self-confidence and well-being, significantly reducing the feelings of loneliness people with autism often face.
An Autism Support Dog serves as a constant companion to children with autism to help them improve social interactions and relationships, expand verbal and nonverbal communication, teach life skills, increase interest in activities and decrease stress within the family.

Not all disabilities are visible. Psychological Support Dogs are trained in a variety of tasks to mitigate different conditions. Whether the skill is deep pressure therapy to help calm an anxiety attack or helping to create space from other people, Psychological Support Dogs fill a very important need in our society.
Psychological Support Dogs support their teammate with their constant companionship and ability to ground their person in times of need. It really is quite magical. And just as every person in individual, every Psychological Support Dog is trained with mitigating skills specific to their teammate.

What’s Next?
As trained dogs become close to graduating, we open our application process to find a match for both dog and person. We delve deep to make sure the dogs have the skills required to fit with your needs: whether it’s bracing for a wandering child; alerting to anxiety attacks or just being a conduit for creating interactions, we want to find the right fit for our dogs and clients.
The cost for a fully trained dog is $20,000 plus tax. If you are requiring financial assistance, please check with our Partner Up Foundation.
